We handle the smallest to the largest repair, replacement, and/or remodel of your residential or commercial property. We have been involved in Defiance's clean water removal program. This program involves the replacement of private sewer laterals from the city right of way to a homeowner's foundation wall.
We have completed approximately 60 residential sewer and storm replacements and 6 commercial sewer and storm replacements. Most have used conventional excavation; dig a hole, lay in a pipe, and bury. But several jobs have involved boring from point A to point B, including one that was underneath a basement. We have also lined approximately 140' of sewer laterals at three different locations in conjunction with Innovaliner, Inc. An estimated 4,000 feet of pipe has been laid.
